Shipping Issues

We also consider delivery issues very important. We are always more anxious than our customers and want to deliver the products to our customers as soon as possible. However, since we have to go through several processes such as 'order processing → warehouse product preparation → delivery to overseas logistics partner → partner customs clearance preparation → customs clearance → domestic delivery in Korea', it inevitably takes time. If there is a problem in this process, it will inevitably take more time.
Of course, if we set up a warehouse in Korea and send the products to the Korean warehouse in advance and ship them out immediately after receiving the order, we can shorten the delivery period. However, Karaku KR is still growing and needs your support. We ask for your interest and participation so that we can grow even more.
Rest assured, we are constantly looking for ways to shorten shipping times and provide shipping information during international shipments.

Dear Karaku enthusiasts, hello. ^^ I'll say hello here. Thank you for helping me improve the Korean language. Karaku KR is currently being operated without a Korean staff, and the Korean translation may seem awkward to local Koreans. I sincerely apologize for this and hope for your understanding.
Sometimes people ask if we have an offline store in Hong Kong or Japan, and we are planning to open an offline store in Tokyo, Japan around October. We will definitely notify you when it opens, so please look forward to it.
