Ordering

Are returns/refunds possible?

Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please understand that returns/exchanges without contact are not possible. If you have submitted a return/exchange, please return it within 10 days from the delivery date. (Please understand that we cannot accept it if there is no return after 10 days or more.)
The product you received can be returned or exchanged if it is the wrong size or does not match the image.


【Refund Information】
The refund amount is the product price excluding shipping costs.
If you do not pay shipping costs when returning a product, it may be deducted from the refunded product price.
・For customers who paid with a credit card, refunds will be processed through a recharge or cancellation.
(Depending on the card company's deadline and card processing date, the change may occur in the following month.)
・For customers who paid in cash, refunds will be deposited into the designated account.

If the image or size of the product I received does not match, can I return it?

Where do I enter the coupon code?
