How do I create an account?
1.
The 10% off coupon pop-up is only for the purpose of receiving the coupon. Entering your email address does not automatically register you as a Karaku KR member. (Non-members can also purchase products, but they cannot track their orders by logging in.)

You can register for membership by clicking the “My Revisions” button at the top right of the homepage.
2-2.
If you are having trouble logging into your account, try resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password” under “My Account” in the top right corner.
If you have not received a password reset email, it is likely that you have not registered as a member. Click “Create an Account” to register as a member and then log in to use the service normally.

What is your return/refund and exchange policy?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please understand that returns and exchanges are not possible without prior notice.
For returns and exchanges, please return the item within 10 days from the delivery date.
(Please understand that we cannot accept applications if there is no return after 10 days.)
【Return Information】
If the product you received is not the right size or does not match the image, you may return it.
1. Please let us know by email what product you would like to return and the reason for the return. (When contacting us by email, please write “Return” in the subject line.)
2. For products that are not returned due to quality issues, we will send them prepaid to the overseas address designated by the customer. The international shipping fee incurred upon return is the responsibility of the customer.
3. If the product does not arrive due to an accident or other reasons during return, or if the product condition deteriorates, a refund may not be possible. If the product is returned, the points for the product will automatically disappear.
【Exchange Guide】
If the product size does not fit, you can exchange it.
1. Please contact/consult via email or chat window.

2. Products that can be exchanged are the same product in different sizes and colors. (If the product is out of stock, you can exchange it for another product. If you contact us by email, please write "Exchange" in the subject line.)
3. When returning, you can return the product by courier to the address we have designated or by pick-up. The customer is responsible for the exchange cost (return + reshipment 13,000 won) incurred during the exchange. (19,000 won for islands and mountainous areas)
4. We will send you the product to be exchanged as soon as the product arrives at our company. If the product cannot be returned due to an accident or other reasons during return, or if the product condition deteriorates, exchange may not be possible.
【Refund Information】
1. The refund amount is the product price excluding shipping costs.
2. If you do not pay the shipping fee when returning the product, it may be deducted from the refund price.
3. For customers who paid by credit card, refunds will be processed through re-billing or cancellation.
(Changes may occur in the following month depending on the card company's closing date and card processing date.)
4. Please understand that the refund may be delayed by 2-7 business days due to the card company or Pay refund policy.
I want to know the shipping cost!
Order Tracking
KaraKu uses CJ Korea Express/Lotte Express .
Shipping fee: Free shipping for purchases over 100,000 won (including 100,000 won)
6,000 won for purchases under 100,000 won
(For mountainous areas or islands, the shipping fee is 11,000 won. Please understand that the shipping fee is not refundable upon return.)
Delivery time: 7 - 9 business days
(However, if there is a delay in shipment, it may be delayed from the expected delivery date.)
I made a mistake with my order!
In principle, general sales can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact contact@karaku.kr for order cancellation or changes.
However, once the overseas shipping agency enters the shipping stage, the customer must continue to pay the shipping fee even if the order is cancelled.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Our website is safe. We use industry standard encryption technologies when transmitting and receiving customer data exchanged with the Site servers. Details about your credit card will not be revealed. What are the pre-order items?
We are selling limited quantity items that can only be ordered through the official KARAKU online shop, items from advance order meetings, special collaboration items, etc. as pre-order items.
This is a system that allows you to purchase products at the time they arrive.
※For reserved products, the delivery time, product specifications, price, etc. may change or stock may be discontinued.
※The product image is a sample, so the specifications and processing may differ slightly from the actual product.

※Pre-orders on our site are a 'sure purchase system'. Delivery may be delayed compared to the start of sales.
Payment method information
You can use credit cards VISA / MasterCard / AMERIXAN EXPRESS / JCB / Discover / UnionPay / ApplePay/ L. PAY/ NAVER PAY/ SSG PAY/ SAMSUNG PAY/ Kakao PAY.
It depends on the expiration date and contract terms of the credit card registered with PayPal. Please check with your credit card company or PayPal Inc.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
