Dobuitadori in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture is considered to be the birthplace of Sukazan, a Japanese fashion item. Not long after the war, American soldiers stationed in Japan decorated their units and bases with eagles, tigers, dragons, etc. to commemorate the occasion. It was first embroidered on a jacket.
