This wax jacket provides a warm and luxurious feel while helping you complete a unique style. It has two large-capacity pockets on the front chest, making it convenient for storing cell phones, wallets, keys, and other small items. You can wear it with confidence because it is a Velcro-type pocket. It is equipped with a hood to enhance protection from wind and rain and pursue comfort.

Canvas fabric coated with a special processing called wax surface, which is both durable and water-resistant. The wax surface will change over time. As time passes, the wax will gradually wear off, showing signs of aging on the fabric.
―COORDINATE―
It's great to wear with a suit and leather shoes, but we also recommend wearing it casually with sneakers and a backpack on holidays.
Instructions for use
Do not wash with hot water or detergent as the waterproof oil wax will disappear. Wipe off any stains or dust with a damp sponge or tissue and let dry naturally. Regular re-waxing will help extend the life of your watch.

Exchange Guide
1. Please contact/consult via email or INBOX.(contact@karaku.kr Consultation hours: Mon-Fri 11:00-19:00)
2. Exchangeable items are different sizes and colors of the same item.(If you contact us by email, please write “Exchange” in the subject.)
3. When returning, you can return the product by courier to the address we have designated or by pick-up. The customer is responsible for the exchange cost (return + reshipment 13,000 won) incurred during the exchange. ( 19,000 won for islands and mountainous areas)
4. We will send you the product to be exchanged as soon as the product arrives at our company. If the product cannot be returned due to an accident or other reasons during return, or if the product condition deteriorates, exchange may not be possible.
Returns Guide
1. Please let us know by email what product you would like to return and the reason for the return. (When contacting us by email, please write “Return” in the subject line.)
2. Returned items that are not due to quality issues will be sent prepaid to the overseas address designated by the customer. The customer is responsible for paying the international shipping costs incurred during return.
Refund Information
The refund amount is the product price excluding the shipping cost of 6,000 (overseas) + 2,500 (domestic) won ( 16,000 won for islands and mountainous areas ).
If you do not pay the shipping fee when the product is shipped, it may be deducted from the refunded product amount.
・Customers who pay by card will be subject to a re-application and cancellation for refund.
(Usually refunds are processed within 3-7 days)
Exchange due to product defects or other issues
Our products are shipped after strict quality inspection, and if there is a difference in the order or a defective product, we will exchange or refund the product. If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will reship it. We will cover all fees incurred in this process. (If the exchange product is out of stock, we will replace it with another product or return it.)
